Data we collect
When you create an account: first name, last name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in clear text) and, where applicable, the licence plan you expressed interest in. When you use a licence: the addresses of the WordPress sites it is activated on, and the activation dates. When you open a support request: the content of your message and any attachments you send. If telemetry is enabled on your installation: aggregated plugin usage data, task volumes, estimated API costs, PHP and WordPress versions. Your content, your API keys and your files are never sent to this service.
Purposes
Managing your account and licences. Delivering plugin updates and support. Answering your requests. Understanding product usage in order to improve it. Your data is never used for advertising and is not sold.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract for account, licence and support management. Legitimate interest for service security and usage measurement. Consent where it is explicitly collected.
Retention
